Made in the United States (Twin Bridges, MT), these rods boast the same quality workmanship that has made Winston famous at roughly half the price of a traditional Winston.

These 3-piece Fly Rods made on a burgundy wine blank with clear aluminum and wood reel seats, and high-grade cork, are based on a faster more traditional action than other Winston Fly Rods. As such, they will satisfy today's aggressive caster used to faster rods as well as the traditional Winston buyer.

Having cast prototypes of the 9' 5-weight and 9' 8-weight, I can assure you that these are not just another attempt by a high-end Fly Rod maker to crack the lower end market with a cheap knock-off!
