Safety...

There is an inherent level of risk associated with all activities pursued in the woods and waters. While all possible precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of you and your belongings, accidents can and do happen. As your Guide is ultimately responsible for your well-being, they may make the occasional request such as "Please Keep Your Glasses On" , etc. For your and their safety, please respect their wishes!

Alcohol Consumption During Guided Trips...

While we do not encourage it, "Responsible" alcohol consumption is allowed during Guided trips. We fully understand that while on the water, you are "On Vacation" and as such, entitle to relax a bit. We cannot, however, allow you to become intoxicated to the point where you become a risk to yourself, your guide and/or our business (we are by default responsible for your welfare!). If your Guide feels that you have "Had Enough", they will request that you refrain from any additional alcohol until after the trip. Please respect their wishes!

Also note that the guide has the right to terminate a trip at any point if they feel that the safety of those involved has been compromised in any way. This may include, but is not limited to, weather, alcohol consumption, equipment failure, inappropriate or unsafe behavior, etc.
