You were not born in Maine… Your parents were not born in Maine… Your grandparents were not born in Maine… Any of your siblings were not born in Maine… Your husband or wife were not born in Maine… Your children were not born in Maine… You have ever left Maine for more than 2 weeks at a time (excluding military service)… Leaving for school or work is no excuse - you had a choice! You did not return to Maine immediately upon fulfilling your military commitments…
