Kennebec River Outfitters has worked with a local awning maker to design the perfect travel/storage covers for our Scott Albany and Allagash square-stern canoes. Designed with the fisherman in mind, these covers are guaranteed not to shrink, not to fade for 5 years, and offer outstanding protection from tree sap, bird droppings, rain, leaves, etc.

Made of synthetic breathable/water repellent material, these covers utilize nylon web straps with plastic pressure buckles as opposed to traditional snaps that can catch and damage lines, or stretch-cords that can fall off while traveling. In addition, unlike snaps and stretch cords, the straps can be easily tightened to help eliminate puddles.

Each cover comes with twelve or fourteen straps/buckles (Albany and Allagash respectively), bow to stern under-gunwale nylon draw cord, two heavy duty fiberglass arches with deep sockets and hardware (to be installed by customer), optional bow anchor mount receptacle (reinforced slot on top of bow), and bow safety strap (stretch cord).
